The purpose of this memo is to provide recommendations for appointments to the 
following Boards and Commissions: 
Deer Valley Village Planning Committee 
Vice Mayor Ann O’Brien recommends the following for appointment: 
Fareed Bailey 
Mr. Bailey is the Senior State Government Affairs Representative at Salt River Project. 
He fills a vacancy for a term to expire October 29, 2027.   
Mayor's Commission on Disability Issues 
I recommend the following for appointment:  
Darrel Christenson 
Mr. Christenson is a retiree and a resident of District 6. He fills a vacancy for a term to 
expire October 29, 2028.   
Maurita Harris 
Ms. Harris is a Senior Architect at PHX Architecture and a resident of District 5. She fills 
a vacancy for a term to expire October 29, 2028.   
Josh Munoz 
Mr. Munoz is the Associate Director of Public Policy at First Place AZ. He fills a vacancy 
for a term to expire October 29, 2028.   
Christopher Rodriguez 
Mr. Rodriguez is the President and CEO of Ability360. He fills a vacancy for a term to 
expire October 29, 2028.   
Parks and Recreation Board 
I recommend the following for appointment:

Jessica Fotinos 
Ms. Fotinos is the General Counsel and Director of Communications at the Maricopa 
County Clerk of Superior Court and a resident of District 5. She replaces Dorina 
Bustamante for a term to be effective November 18, 2025 and to expire October 29, 
2030.  
 
Phoenix Sister Cities Commission 
 
I recommend the following for appointment: 
 
Dorina Bustamante  
Ms. Bustamante is a Principal at Continental Shift. She fills a vacancy for a term to 
expire October 29, 2028.
