Adopt Resolution No. 2649 of the Mayor and Council of the City of Tolleson, Arizona, approving the Fifth Amendment to the Intergovernmental Agreement for Fiscal Year 2027, Contract No. C-22-22-120-X-05, between the City of Tolleson and Maricopa County, administered by its Human Services Department, providing $66,000 in funding for Community Action Program (CAP) services for the period July 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026, including crisis case management and services assisting low-income households in crisis situations and toward economic self-sufficiency, and authorizing the Mayor to execute the Amendment.
