Approve the Cooperative Purchasing Agreement between the City of Tolleson and UKG Kronos Systems, LLC for Human Resource Systems and related products and services, and authorize the City Manager to execute and deliver said Agreement. The City shall pay the Contractor an annual aggregate amount not to exceed $200,000 for products and services. This Agreement shall be retroactively effective from July 14, 2025 and shall remain in full force and effect until July 13, 2029, with the option to renew for three additional one-year periods through July 13, 2032.
