Adopt Resolution No. 12847 to authorize:

HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME) Funding Intergovernmental Agreement (Paiute Community Center/Tenant Based Rental Assistance) 1) Agreement No. 2022-026-COS-A1, the first amendment to the agreement with Maricopa County for funds from the Home Investment Partnership Program, American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act, and Program Year (PY) 22 HOME Investment Partnership Program, in the amount of $1,808,773, for construction of affordable housing and the provision of Bridge Housing; and administration of the Tenant Based Rental Assistance Program. 2) The City Manager, or designee, to execute any other documents or take other actions as necessary to carry out the intent of this Resolution and Agreement. 3) A Fiscal Year 2023/24 Operating Grant Budget Appropriation Transfer, in the amount of $1,192,098, from the 22/23-HOME ARP to a newly created Capital Improvement Plan project titled “Construct The Residence at Paiute” to be funded by HOME-ARP funds through the Maricopa County HOME Consortium.
