Adopt Resolution No. 13431 authorizing Financial Participation Agreement No. 2025-084-

Scottsdale’s Museum of the West Financial Participation Agreement COS with Scottsdale’s Museum of the West, Inc., for Fiscal Year 2025/26 in the amount of $1,250,000, apportioned as follows: $250,000 for operational support; $400,000 for matching donations; and $600,000 for renovating the existing original museum consistent with the Museum of the West, Inc.’s maintenance responsibilities set forth in Museum Management Agreement No. 2021- 088-COS-A1.
