Agendize Review of Possible Changes to Chapter 47 of the Scottsdale Revised Code (Streets, Sidewalks and Public Works Generally) for a Future Council Meeting to draft an ordinance for consideration at the 4/22 Council Meeting related to possible changes to Chapter 47 of the Scottsdale Revised Code (Streets, Sidewalks and Public Works Generally) regarding when temporary traffic control devices, such as barriers, for construction projects can be installed and possible related fines incorporating as appropriate provisions from a similar City of Chandler ordinance. Note: The only possible Council action to be taken on Item No. 17 is: (1) Direct the City Manager or responsible Charter Officer to agendize the item for a future meeting; (2) direct the City Manager or responsible Charter Officer to investigate the matter and prepare a written response to the Council; or (3) take no action.
