Proclamation and Declaration of Emergency continuing or terminating the Emergency Proclamation declared by Mayor Lane on May 31, 2020, as a result of the looting and unrest which began on May 30, 2020. The Emergency Proclamation is scheduled to expire on June 7, 2020, unless further extended. Emergency, but amend it to extend to June 16, 2020, and recommend that Mayor Lane continue his second proclamation delegating local curfew authority to the Chief of Police to also extend to June 16, 2020.
