Discuss and consult with designated representatives of the City to consider its position and instruct
its representatives regarding negotiations for the purchase of real property; discuss and consult with
the City’s attorneys for legal advice and to consider the City’s position and instruct its attorneys
regarding contracts that are the subject of negotiations. This matter pertains to real property in the
Scottsdale Airpark area in Scottsdale, Arizona. A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3), (4) and (7).
If authorized by a majority vote of the Scottsdale City Council, the executive session will be held
immediately after the vote and will not be open to the public.
– Councilwoman Whitehead made a motion to adjourn into Executive Session to discuss and consult
with designated representatives of the City to consider its position and instruct its representatives

by voice vote, with Mayor Borowsky; Vice Mayor Kwasman; and Councilmembers Dubauskas,
Graham, Littlefield, McAllen, and Whitehead voting in the affirmative.
Recess into Executive Session in the Kiva Conference Room – 4:04 P.M.
– Mayor Borowsky reconvened the Special Meeting (following the Executive Session) at 4:17 P.M.
noting the Councilmembers were present and the Charter Officers were in attendance.
