1. CANVASS THE RETURNS FOR THE RECOUNT OF CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT 4 - DEMOCRAT Canvass the election returns for the recount of Congressional District 4 - Democrat in accordance with the Official Results prepared by the Maricopa County Elections Department. The Maricopa County Elections Department has prepared the Official Returns from all voting precincts in Maricopa County within Congressional District 4, declaring the vote for the recount of Congressional District 4 - Democrat. The Elections Department requests that the Board of Supervisors canvass these returns and approve the Official Canvass for this recount pursuant to A.R.S. 16-642 through 16-645. The Official Canvass of the recount is on file with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors. (C-06-13-102-M-00)
