City Council will consider a request to approve the following City Council meeting minutes. The
Council will take appropriate action.
• June 22, 2026, Work Session Meeting;
• July 06, 2026, Regular Meeting;
• July 13, 2026, Regular Meeting minutes; and
• August 10, 2026, Special Meeting minutes
b. CITY COUNCIL MEETING SCHEDULE FOR 2027
City Council will consider a request to approve the 2027 City Council Meeting Schedule and authorize
the City Clerk to execute the necessary documents. The Council will take appropriate action.

c. AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT FOR SERVICES — AREA AGENCY ON AGING FISCAL YEAR
2025–2026 AND THE VEHICLE LEASE AGREEMENT FOR FY27
City Council will consider a request to: a) approve a Second Amendment to the FY26 contract with
Area Agency on Aging (AAA), which will extend the contract term from 6/30/2026 through 9/30/2026
and add $103,978 in funding for Senior Services programming and operations; b) approve a Vehicle
Lease Agreement in the amount of $5 for FY27; c) authorize a transfer of expenditure appropriations
from the grant contingency account to provide the expenditure authority for these funds; and d)
authorize the Mayor or City Manager, City Attorney and City Clerk to execute the necessary
documents. Council will take appropriate action.
d. ACCEPTANCE OF WAIVER OF SETBACKS FOR NOISE, ODOR AND AESTHETICS FROM
VULCAN LANDS, INC.
City Council will consider a request to approve the acceptance of a Waiver of Setbacks for Noise,
Odor and Aesthetics from Vulcan Lands, Inc., and authorize the Mayor or City Manager, City Attorney
and City Clerk to execute the necessary documents. The Council will take appropriate action.
e. ORDINANCE 2030-0826 – GRANTING OF AN IRRIGATION EASEMENT TO SALT RIVER
PROJECT AGRICULTURAL IMPROVEMENT AND POWER DISTRICT
City Council will consider a request to adopt Ordinance 2030-0826 authorizing granting an irrigation
easement to the Salt River Project Agricultural Improvement and Power District (SRP) along the
northeast corner of 119th Avenue and Corporate Drive as it relates to the FUZE/FLATZ development
and authorize the Mayor or City Manager, City Attorney and City Clerk to execute the necessary
documents. The Council will take appropriate action.
f. ORDINANCE 2031-0826 – RESERVATION OF A UTILITY EASEMENT AND ABANDONMENT OF
A PORTION OF 111TH AVENUE RIGHT-OF-WAY
City Council will consider a request to adopt Ordinance 2031-0826 authorizing the reservation of a
utility easement and the abandonment of a portion of 111th Avenue right-of-way generally located
south of 4th Street and east of Avondale Boulevard, and authorize the Mayor or City Manager, City
Attorney and City Clerk to execute the necessary documents. The Council will take appropriate
action.
