1. MINUTES
City Council Subcommittee will consider a request to approve the February 2, 2026, meeting minutes. The
Subcommittee will take appropriate action.

2. BOARDS, COMMISSIONS, AND COMMITTEES APPLICATIONS FOR APPOINTMENT
The Council Subcommittee on Boards, Commissions, and Committees will recommend appointments,
schedule interviews, or continue recruitment for the following Boards and Commissions. The
Subcommittee will take appropriate action.
a. JUDICIAL ADVISORY BOARD
b. NEIGHBORHOOD AND FAMILY SERVICES COMMISSION
c. PARKS, RECREATION & LIBRARIES ADVISORY BOARD
d. PLANNING COMMISSION

3. ADJOURNMENT
Council Members of the City of Avondale will attend either in person or by telephone or video conference call. Individuals with special accessibility

business days prior to the Council Meeting.
