City Council Subcommittee will consider a request to approve the May 11, 2026, meeting minutes. The
Subcommittee will take appropriate action.

2. BOARDS, COMMISSIONS, AND COMMITTEES APPLICATIONS FOR APPOINTMENT
The Council Subcommittee on Boards, Commissions, and Committees will recommend appointments,
schedule interviews, or continue recruitment for the following Boards and Commissions. The
Subcommittee will take appropriate action.
a. PLANNING COMMISSION
b. MUNICIPAL ART COMMITTEE
c. VARIOUS REAPPOINTMENTS

3. ADJOURNMENT

business days prior to the Council Meeting.
