The Board will consider the approval of the April 27, 2026, meeting minutes. The Board will take appropriate
action.

4. INTERVIEW THE HONORABLE JUDGE CRAIG L. JENNINGS
The Board will interview the Hon. Judge Jennings.

5. RECESS INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Board will consider a request to recess the Regular Meeting and hold an Executive Session to discuss
the Hon. Judge Jennings reappointment to serve as the Presiding Judge for the Avondale City Court.
RECONVENE IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING EXECUTIVE SESSION

6. BOARD VOTE REAPPOINTMENT
The Board will hold a public vote to recommend the Hon. Judge Jenning to the Avondale City Council to be
reappointed as the presiding Judge of the Avondale City Court. The Board will take appropriate action.

7. CALENDAR
The Board will discuss the upcoming meeting schedule. This item is for discussion only.
