Staff will announce the winners of the 2026 Avondale Public Library Bookmark Design Contest.

6. STATEMENT OF CONCERN REVIEW COMMITTEE REPRESENTATIVE
The Board will consider the selection of a review committee representative. The Board will take appropriate
action.

7. TRES RIOS NATURE FESTIVAL RECAP
Staff will provide an overview of the Tres Rios Nature Festival that took place Saturday, February 28th and
Sunday, March 1st, 2026. This item is for discussion only.

8. BOARD MEMBER AND STAFF COMMENTS
Board Members and Staff may provide brief comments on current events and issues. This item is for
information only. Any matters requiring discussion, deliberation, or formal action must be placed on a future
Advisory Board meeting agenda.
