The Board will consider the approval of the June 10th, 2026, meeting minutes. The Board will take
appropriate action.

5. AVONDALE PUBLIC ART UPDATE
Staff will provide an overview and updates regarding ongoing Public Art projects.

6. MVCC & CONTRACTUAL INSTRUCTOR PROCESS REVIEW
Staff will provide a recap of Mountain View Community Center summer programming and an overview of the
contractual instructor process.

7. FISCAL YEAR 2026 END OF YEAR CLOSE OUT
Staff will provide an overview and updates regarding FY26 budget information and highlight key
accomplishments from the fiscal year.

8. NATIONAL PARK & RECREATION MONTH RECAP
Staff will provide an overview of planned programs and recognition efforts completed during the month of
July.

9. BOARD MEMBER AND STAFF COMMENTS
The Board and Staff may provide brief comments on current events and issues. This item is for information
only. Items requiring discussion, deliberation or legal action must be placed on a future Advisory Board
meeting agenda.
