1. SALE OF MOBILE HOME Approve the sale of a 1984 Woodridge Mobile Home to Interstate Investments. The mobile home is currently located at 2340 E. University Drive, Tempe, AZ. No offers to purchase this mobile home were received at the Sheriff's Personal Property Sale. The mobile home will be sold as is and where is for a credit bid of $466.11, with any valid liens, encumbrances, or possessory rights against the mobile home remaining in effect. The mobile home title will be transferred to Interstate Investments from Bradley Carson, previous owner, pursuant to a n August 12, 2013 purchase agreement. A condition of the sale is that the County's standard Release and Agreement shall be executed by the buyer. Proceeds from the sale shall be deposited in the General Fund for disbursement to the applicable taxing authorities. (C-06-14-062-M-00)
