1. NEW CHIEF DEPUTY TREASURER Approve the appointment of Royce Flora, current Maricopa County Deputy Treasurer, as the new Chief Deputy Treasurer as recommended by the Treasurer, Charles Hoskins, at a salary of $124,010 per year ($59.62 per hour) effective July 5, 2011. (C-43-11-041-M-00)

2. AMEND EMPLOYEE LEAVE PLAN, SECTION V. VACATION TIME, H.7 DONATION OF VACATION TIME Approve changes to the Employee Leave Plan, Section V. Vacation Time, H.7 (Page LP-9), effective July 6, 2011, as follows: FROM: "An employee who is receiving Workers' Compensation, Short Term Disability, or Long Term Disability benefits shall not be eligible to receive donated leave." TO: "An employee who is receiving Short Term Disability, or Long Term Disability benefits shall not be eligible to receive donated leave." This change (amendment to C-31-11-017-6-00) is necessary to allow employees to receive donated leave to supplement their Workers' Compensation benefits. (C-31-11-017-6-01)
