2. BRAILLARD VS. MARICOPA COUNTY Consideration of a settlement in the case of Jennifer Braillard vs. Maricopa County, Pinal County Superior Court No. CV2006-01548 and if approved, authorize the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors to sign any necessary settlement documents on behalf of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors upon review and approval as to form by assigned legal counsel. This matter was discussed with the Board in Executive Sessions. (C-75-13-007-2-01)
