1. APPOINT CITIZENS PANEL REGARDING VACANCY IN LEGISLATIVE DISTRICT 4 Pursuant to ARS 41-1202(B), appoint a Citizens Panel to submit to the Board of Supervisors the names of three qualified electors who are members of the Democratic party and residents of Legislative District 4 in Maricopa County to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of State Representative Jesus Rubalcava. Also designate one of the members as the Chairman of the Citizens Panel.
