1. 2012 MARICOPA COUNTY LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE Presentation regarding the 2012 Maricopa County Leadership Experience. Victoria Sanchez, MCLE Program Coordinator Recognition of the 2012 Maricopa County Leadership Experience (MCLE) program. Youths, between the ages of 12 and 17 years of age, were invited to participate in this self-paced learning experience. Participants benefit from the MCLE experience so they can become more aware of the county’s role in providing services and programs to the community. The participants selected areas of individual interest in which they could learn about government functions, environmental stewardship, and community responsibility in a manner that builds solid character, promotes leadership skills, and healthy, responsible lifestyles. By completing the MCLE program, these youths have shown that they can become leaders in their communities. (C-22-13-002-P-00)
