Voices Unheard Event The Commission will discuss and decide the future of “Voices Unheard: Breaking the Silence – a Community Gathering for Prevention, Strength, and Healing." The event is meant to educate Northern Arizona residents on the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Relatives crisis and raise awareness of its possible precursors of violence, threats, stalking and harassment.
