1. Identify supplemental information, if any, related to the, September 19, 2024, Building Advisory Board of Appeals agenda items, and other correspondence.

2. Approval of the JULY 18, 2024, Building Advisory Board of Appeals Regular Meeting Minutes. Motion to approve by Board Member Eggspuehler, 2nd by Board Member Augspurger. The motion passed with a vote of 6-0.

3. Discussion regarding the plan for the consideration of Code Amendments in 2025. (No Vote Required). Had discussion regarding review of current amendments for the benefit of new Board Members. No current plans to adopt new codes in 2025.
