A. Request for Executive Session to: Discuss and consult with City Manager to consider its
position regarding the purchase of long-term storage credits; discuss and consult with the City’s
attorneys for legal advice and to consider the City’s position and instruct its attorneys regarding
contracts that are the subject of the purchase. These matters all pertain to long-term storage
credits in the Harquahala Valley. A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3), (4) and (7).
B. Discuss and consult with the City’s attorneys for legal advice concerning the City’s possible
participation in the State’s program for reimbursement for public infrastructure improvements for
the benefit of ASM, Inc. under Arizona Revised Statutes Title 42. A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3).

If authorized by a majority vote of the Scottsdale City Council, the executive session will be held
immediately after the vote and will not be open to the public.
– Vice Mayor Kwasman made a motion to recess into Executive Session to:
A. Discuss and consult with the City Manager to consider its position regarding the
purchase of long-term storage credits; discuss and consult with the City’s attorneys for
legal advice and to consider the City’s position and instruct its attorneys regarding
contracts that are the subject of the purchase. These matters all pertain to long-term
storage credits in the Harquahala Valley.
B. Discuss and consult with the City’s attorneys for legal advice concerning the City’s
possible participation in the State’s program for reimbursement for public infrastructure
improvements for the benefit of ASM, Inc. under Arizona Revised Statutes Title 42.
Councilwoman Littlefield seconded the motion, which carried 7/0, with Mayor Borowsky; Vice Mayor
Kwasman; and Councilmembers Dubauskas, Graham, Littlefield, McAllen, and Whitehead voting in
the affirmative.
Adjourn to Executive Session in the Kiva Conference Room – 4:04 P.M.
