1. ¶ Request for Executive Session to: ***(A) Discuss and consult with the City’s attorneys for legal advice and to consider the City’s position and instruct its attorneys and necessary City employees regarding contracts that are the subject of negotiations. These matters both pertain to the development of real property located near the intersection of Hayden Road and SR 101 in Scottsdale, Arizona. A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3), A(4) and A(7). Phillips seconded the motion, which carried 7/0, with Mayor Lane; Vice Mayor Whitehead; and Councilmembers Klapp, Korte, Littlefield, Milhaven, and Phillips voting in the affirmative.
