A. Discussion and/or Action Re: Approval of the May 21, 2026, Agua Fria Ranch Community
Facilities District (CFD) Board Meeting Minutes

A. Discussion, and/or Action Re: Approval of CFD Resolution 2026-05, a resolution of the
district board of the Agua Fria Ranch Community Facilities District, approving a tentative
budget for Fiscal Year 2026-2027, pursuant to Section 48-716, Arizona Revised Statutes, as
amended; setting a date for public hearing on June 22, 2026, regarding the tentative budget
and statements and estimates as approved; and providing for notice of the hearing and of the
filing of annual statements and estimates of the operation and maintenance expenses of the
district, the costs of capital improvements to be financed by the levy and assessment of an ad
valorem tax and the amount of all other expenditures for public infrastructure and enhanced
municipal services proposed to be paid from the tax levy and of the amount to be raised to pay
general obligation bonds of the district, all of which shall be provided for by the levy and
collection of ad valorem taxes on the assessed value of all the real and personal property in
