BINGO LICENSE APPLICATION FOR SCW BOOMERS CLUB Pursuant to A.R.S. § 5-404(I), receive the application filed by SCW Boomers Club for a Class A Bingo License to be used at 14401 West R H Johnson Boulevard, Sun City West, Arizona 85375 and set a public hearing to be held on August 21, 2024 at 9:30 am. At the hearing, the Board of Supervisors will recommend approval or disapproval of the application and forward the original application endorsed with its approval or disapproval to the Arizona Department of Revenue.
