BINGO LICENSE APPLICATION FOR ROSATI’S PIZZA & SPORTS PUB Pursuant to A.R.S. § 5-404(I), convene the scheduled public hearing regarding the application filed by Rosati’s Pizza & Sports Pub for a Class A Bingo License to be used at 3668 West Anthem Way, Ste A128, Phoenix, Arizona 85086. The Board of Supervisors will recommend approval or disapproval of the application and forward the original application endorsed with its approval or disapproval to the Arizona Department of Revenue.
