30. RESIGNATION FROM AND APPOINTMENTS TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION Approve the appointment of Alex Finter to the Planning and Zoning Commission, representing Supervisorial District 2. The term of service will be effective as of Board approval through December 31, 2028. Approve the appointment of Warren Whitney to the Planning and Zoning Commission, representing Supervisorial District 3. The term of service will be effective as of Board approval through December 31, 2026, completing the term of Lilly Landolt who resigned October 24, 2024. Accept the resignation of Lucas Schlosser from the Planning and Zoning Commission, representing Supervisorial District 4. The resignation is effective as of December 6, 2024. Approve the appointment of Jan Leighton to the Planning and Zoning Commission, representing Supervisorial District 4. The term of service will be effective as of Board approval through December 31, 2026, completing the term of Lucas Schlosser. Approve the appointment of Mihai Toma to the Planning and Zoning Commission, representing Supervisorial District 4. The term will be effective as of Board approval through December 31, 2028.
