19. APPOINTMENT OF TRUSTEES TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE WHITE FENCE FARMS I IWDD NO. 60 Upon the resignation of all three trustees from the Board of Trustees of the White Fence Farms I IWDD No. 60, and pursuant to A.R.S. § 48-3444(F), petitions of the owners of the majority of the acreage in the district have been submitted to the Board of Supervisors. The Board of Supervisors shall appoint the following three (3) trustees to reconstitute the Board of Trustees in the White Fence Farms I IWDD No. 60 and serve until an election is held on November 19, 2025.
