34. APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT FOR ADULT PROBATION In accordance with A.R.S. 42-17106(B), approve the following adjustments to the FY 2025 budget: 1. Increase the expenditure authorities for Adult Probation (D110) General Fund (100) Non Recurring ( NRNP) budget by $31,000.00. 2. Decrease the expenditure authority in the Non Departmental (D470) General Fund (100) Non Recurring (NRNP) budget in the line “Judicial Branch FY 25 Requests Forecasted Purchase in FY 24” (4711) by $31,000.00. On 02/07/2024, the Board approved a permanent fleet addition of six Chevy Malibu sedans (C-11-24-006-X-00) to be used by the Adult Probation Department (APD). The Judicial Branch was able to self-fund most of the vehicles in FY 2024 and requested FY 2025 General Fund Non Recurring contingency of $67,000 if the vehicles were not received in FY 2024 as anticipated. There is one vehicle that is going to be received in FY 2025 and the department would like to use their approved contingency funding to purchase this. These actions will have a county-wide net impact of zero and they do not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenue duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17105.
