31. ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF FORESTRY AND FIRE MANAGEMENT COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT Approve Cooperative Agreement between Maricopa County through the Department of Emergency Management and the Department of Forestry and Fire Management (State Forester), The purpose of this agreement is to provide a framework for mutual emergency assistance between Maricopa County and Department of Forestry and Fire Management. This agreement is non-financial and is effective for ten (10) years from the date of final signature. This agreement supersedes all previous agreements. (C-15-24-025-X-00)
