MARICOPA COUNTY EMERGENCY OPERATIONS PLAN Approve the Letter of Promulgation and the Approval and Implementation Letter by the Chair of the Board of Supervisors for the 2026 Maricopa County Emergency Operations Plan (MCEOP). The Letter of Promulgation is signed by the jurisdiction’s senior elected or appointed official(s). The Approval and Implementation Letter is a signed statement formally recognizing and adopting the plan as the jurisdiction’s all-hazards Emergency Operations Plan (EOP). The implementation letter introduces the plan, outlines its applicability, and indicates that it supersedes all previous plans. It includes a delegation of authority for specific modifications that can be made to the plan and by whom they can be made without the senior official’s signature. These documents are required to be updated when a new senior elected official is selected (Board Chair). (C-15-26-013-X-00)
