92. COUNTY OWNED PROPERTY IMPROVEMENTS Approve Maricopa County (“County”) performing needed improvements under Lease Agreement MC-10185 (“Lease Agreement”) between County and Community Bridges, Inc. (“Lessee”) for County owned property located at 358 East Javelina, Mesa, Arizona, and authorize the Real Estate Director for Maricopa County to sign the letter to Lessee describing the improvements that will be completed. 45. AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT WITH COMMUNITY BRIDGES, INC MC-10185 AND AMENDMENT TO SUBLEASE AGREEMENT MC-10191 WITH COMMUNITY BRIDGES, INC AND THE UNITED FOOD BANK, INC Approve and execute Second Amendment to Lease Agreement MC-10185 with Community Bridges, Inc., an Arizona non-profit corporation, as Lessee for continued use of the County owned facility at 358 East Javelina Avenue in Mesa, AZ as a behavior health receiving center; and approve and execute Second Amendment to Sublease Agreement MC-10191 between Community Bridges, Inc., as Sublessor and The United Food Bank, Inc., as Sublessee, for United Food Bank’s continued use of space at the subject site. Second Amendment to Lease Agreement MC-10185 and Second Amendment to Sublease Agreement MC-10191 will each become effective upon execution and will extend the terms of the Lease and Sublease for ten (10) years through December 31, 2034. Both the Lease and Sublease may be terminated with 180 days’ prior written notice to the other party, provided that if Lease is terminated by Community Bridges, Sublessor (Community Bridges) must also terminate the Sublease with Sublessee (United Food Bank) on same date. The property is in Supervisor District 2 (C-18-11-024-1-03)
