50. AMENDMENT TO MONOPOLE USE MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT Approve and execute the Second Amendment to Monopole Use Management Agreement between Maricopa County and Alltel Corporation, a Delaware Corporation, d/b/a Verizon Wireless, as a successor interest to Alltel Communications Southwest Holdings, Inc. to extend the term of the Agreement at the Rainbow Valley Transfer Station at 17795 S. Rainbow Valley Road, in Goodyear, AZ through March 16, 2028 and to provide for early termination of the Agreement by Alltel upon sixty (60) days’ prior written notice. This action takes place in Supervisory District 5 (C-18-12-048-3-01)
