50. CONTINGENCY ADJUSTMENTS Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42‐17106(B), approve the following transfers for expenditure authority in FY 2023: 1. Increase the Non Departmental (D470) Non Departmental Grants Fund (249) Non Recurring (NRNP) budget in the line “Contingency” (4711) by $26,000,000. 2. Decrease the Non Departmental (D470) County Improvements 2023 (444) Public Health Human Services Building (HHSB) budget by $26,000,000. 3. Increase the Non Departmental (D470) County Improvement COPS Series 2020 (442) Non Recurring (NRNP) budget by $48,980. 4. Decrease the Non Departmental (D470) Non Departmental Grants Fund (249) Non Recurring (NRNP) budget in the line “Contingency” (4711) by $48,980. The Public Health and Human Services building has not started yet, and the budget authority is needed for other projects. This does not impact the overall project budget. Additional funding is also needed for the COP Series 2020 bond payment due to excess interest earned. (C-18-23-016-X-00)
