FY 2023 (FFY 2022) SECURE RURAL SCHOOLS ACT ELECTION TO ALLOCATE AMONG TITLES Authorize and approve the election of the following allocation of funds received under the Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Act of 2000 to the following Titles under the Act Title I – Secure Payments for Schools and Roads: 85% Title II – Special Projects on Federal Lands: 8% Title III – County Funds for Specific Purpose: 7% The election will be effective for payments made in Fiscal Year 2023 for Federal Fiscal Year 2022.
