72. RESOLUTION APPROVING FOR PURPOSES OF SECTION 147(F) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986, AS AMENDED, THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS FOR THE BENEFIT OF CITY OF HOPE (THROUGH THE ILLINOIS FINANCE AUTHORITY) Adopt a resolution approving for purposes of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, the issuance by the Illinois Finance Authority of its Revenue Bonds (City of Hope), Series 2023A in one or more series in an aggregate amount not to exceed $140,000,000 to refinance hospital and health care facilities located in Maricopa County, Arizona. This matter is at the request of the Illinois Finance Authority and City of Hope for a multi-state financings (Arizona, California, Illinois and Georgia) wherein public hearings and approvals will need to be conducted in each location as required by the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
