36. ADMINISTRATIVE CORRECTION TO APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT FOR THE ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATES OF PARTICIPATION Approve a correction to the appropriation adjustment for the issuance of certificates of participation approved on 4/10/2024 as C‐-18-24-107-X-00. In accordance with A.R.S. §42-17106(B), approve the following correction to the appropriation adjustments in the FY2024 budget: a) Decrease the revenue and expenditure appropriation in the Non Departmental (D470) Non Departmental Grants Fund (249) Non Recurring (NRNP) budget by $25,000. b) Increase the expenditure appropriation in the Non Departmental (D470) County Improvement COP Series 2024 Fund (444) Non Recurring (NRNP) budget by $25,000. These actions will have a County-wide net impact of zero, and they do not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenue duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. The appropriation adjustment is necessary to account for additional closing costs necessary related to the issuance of certificates of participation (COPs) as approved by the Board as C--18-24-107-X-00 4/10/2024.
