Adopt a resolution to approve the proceedings of The Industrial Development Authority of the County of Maricopa for the issuance of its Education Revenue Refunding Bonds (Legacy Traditional Schools Projects), Series 2024 in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $80,000,000.
