37. FY 2024 BUDGET APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT In accordance with A.R.S. §42-17106(B), approve the following adjustments to the FY2024 budget: a) Increase the Non-Departmental (D470) General Fund County Improvements Fund (445) Round Court House - Durango Demolition (CHDD) by $660,000. b) Increase the Non-Departmental (D470) General Fund County Improvements Fund (445) Office Space and Parking Study (DOPS) by $900,000. c) Increase the Non-Departmental (D470) General Fund County Improvements Fund (445) STARR Call Center Relocation (STAR) by $500,000. d) Decrease the Non-Departmental (D470) County Improvement COP Series 2024 Fund (444) Round Court House - Durango Demolition (CHDD) by $660,000. e) Decrease the Non-Departmental (D470) County Improvement COP Series 2024 Fund (444) Office Space and Parking Study (DOPS) by $900,000. f) Decrease the Non-Departmental (D470) County Improvement COP Series 2024 Fund (444) STARR Call Center Relocation (STAR) by $500,000. These actions will have a County-wide net impact of zero, and they do not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenue duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. The budget adjustment is necessary to transfer projects not eligible for debt financing to the General Fund County Improvements Fund (445). (C-18-24-139-X-00)
