57. FILL THE GAP Certify by authority of A.R.S. § 41-2421 ("Fill the Gap" legislation) (1) that total revenues received in Fiscal Year 2024-2025 by the Justice Courts and the Superior Court including the Clerk of Superior Court are greater than court revenues received in Fiscal Year 1997-98; and, (2) authorize the County Treasurer to immediately distribute the 2024-2025 revenue deposited with the Maricopa County Treasurer pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-2421 (amounting to five percent of total court revenues from fees) as follows: 21.61% to State Aid to County Attorney Fund $1,075,869.75; 20.53% to State Aid to Indigent Defense Fund $1,022,101.15; 57.37% to Local Courts Assistance Fund $2,856,207.65; 0.49% to State Treasurer for Department of Law $24,395.01.
