45. MARICOPA COUNTY RECORDER’S OFFICE BUDGET ADJUSTMENT Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17106(B), approve the following adjustments to the FY 2026 budget: 1. Increase the expenditure authority for Recorder (D360) General Fund (100) Operating (OPER) budget by $232,446. 2. Decrease the expenditure authority for Non Departmental (D470) General Fund (100) Operating (OPER) in the line “Unreseved Contingency” (4711) budget by $232,446. Also, pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17106(B), authorize the Office of Budget and Finance to make the following FY 2027 Revised budget adjustments at the beginning of FY 2027: 1. Increase the expenditure authority for Recorder (D360) General Fund (100) Operating (OPER) budget by $1,193,475. 2. Decrease the expenditure authority for Non Departmental (D470) General Fund (100) Operating (OPER) in the line “Unreseved Contingency” (4711) budget by $1,193,475. These actions will have a County-wide net impact of $0 and they do not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17105.
