62. SETTLEMENT IN TGP COMMUNICATIONS V. SELLERS Authorize the settlement of the TGP Communications v. Sellers, in the amount of $175,000. Also, pursuant to A.R.S.§42-17106(B), approve the following budget adjustment in FY 2023: 1. Decrease the Non Departmental (D470) General Fund (100) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) budget in the line "Unreserved and General Contingency" (4711) by $175,000. 2. Increase the Non Departmental (D470) General Fund (100) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) in the line "TGP Communications v. Sellers, st all. Settlement" (4719) Budget by $175,000.
