CONFLICT WAIVER REQUEST FROM CAVANAGH LAW FIRM Approve the conflict waiver request from the Cavanagh Law Firm to permit the firm to represent Westfield Insurance, with respect to a matter regarding Westfield’s insured CTS Green Waste, and remain on the County's outside counsel list.
