MYRTLE AVENUE, LITCHFIELD PARK Authorize the Maricopa County Attorney to pursue litigation to enforce the zoning ordinance against 15736 W. Myrtle Avenue, Litchfield Park, which, based on violation V202301811, has been found by a hearing officer to be in violation of the zoning ordinance, and to obtain a judgment for civil penalties.
