68. SETTLEMENT IN MARICOPA COUNTY V. EL PASO NATURAL GAS COMPANY, NO. CV2025-002411 Authorize settlement in the amount of $2,057 to fully resolve Maricopa County v. El Paso Natural Gas Company, No. CV2025-002411. This matter was heard in executive session on Monday, April 21, 2025. Additionally, pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17106(B), approve the transfer of expenditure authority in the FY2025 budget as follows: a. Decrease the expenditure budget for Non-Departmental (D470) General Fund (100) Non Recurring (NRNP) "Unreserved Contingency" (4711) line by the amount of $2,057. b. Increase the expenditure budget in the Non-Departmental (D470) General Fund (100) Non Recurring (NRNP) in the amount of $2,057. These actions will have County-wide net impact of zero and they do not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenue duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17105.
