75. SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT TO RESOLVE ZONING VIOLATIONS WITH OWNER OF PARCEL 200-64-014 Authorize the Planning and Zoning Director to enter into a settlement agreement with the owner of parcel 200-64-014 to resolve multiple zoning violations and administrative hearing judgments. The agreement shall provide for the owner to abate all cited zoning violations within 180 days, and resolve the outstanding fines for up to $10,000.
