31. APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT FOR COUNTY ATTORNEY SPECIAL REVENUE FUND Pursuant to A.R.S. $42-17106(B), approve the following transfer of expenditure authority within the FY2026 Budget: a) Increase the expenditure authority in the County Attorney (D190) RICO (213) RICO Arizona State Shared Funds Non-Recurring (RAZ1) budget by $1,000,000. b) Decrease the expenditure authority for the Non-Departmental (D470) Non-Departmental Grants Fund (249) Non-Recurring Non-Project (NRNP) in the line “Unassigned Contingency” by $1,000,000. The County Attorney has identified initiatives that will enhance the public’s safety. These projects are of a one-time nature and will be resolved by the end of the 2025-2026 fiscal year. The County Attorney proposes to utilize $1,000,000 in existing fund balance of the County Attorney (190) RICO (213) fund. These actions will have a County-wide net impact of zero and they do not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenue duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105.
