105. SETTLEMENT IN MARICOPA COUNTY V. PURDUE PHARMA, ET AL. AS TO THE G8 SETTLEMENTS Approve a settlement in Maricopa County v. Purdue Pharma, et al. known as the G8 Settlements with eight additional defendants: Alvogen, Inc.; Amneal Pharmaceuticals, Inc.; Apotex Inc.; Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc.; Indivior Inc.; Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc.; Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Inc.; and Zydus Pharmaceuticals (USA) Inc. (collectively, the “G8 Settlements”) and authorize Maricopa County Attorney Civil Division Chief Thomas Liddy to sign the settlement agreement.
