106. SETTLEMENT IN MARICOPA COUNTY V. PURDUE PHARMA, ET AL. AS TO PURDUE PHARMA Approve a settlement in Maricopa County v. Purdue Pharma, et al. with defendant Purdue Pharma known as the Thirteenth Amended Joint Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization of Purdue Pharma L.P. and its Affiliated Debtors, filed July 1, 2025 (the “2025 Plan”) and authorize Maricopa County Attorney Civil Division Chief Thomas Liddy to sign the settlement agreement.
